We rented a full suspension e-MTB yesterday in order to do Mont-Ventoux today.
We were very well received and everything went well. We were lucky to have a new bike 👍
When I got home and unloaded the bike, the chain broke.
We sent an email at 8 p.m. in the evening, and quickly received a response.
This morning at 9:00 a.m. a manager was at our home in Crillon-le-Brave and repaired the chain.
Honestly, 11/10 service.
Thank you for the excellent service and for the very professional advice.
