We rented a full-suspension electric mountain bike yesterday to ride Mont Ventoux today.
We received a very warm welcome and everything went well. We were lucky to have a new bike 👍
When we arrived home and were unloading the bike, the chain broke.
We sent an email at 8:00 PM and received a quick response.
This morning at 9:00 AM, a manager was at our home in Crillon-le-Brave and repaired the chain.
Honestly, 11/10 service.

Quality bike, but poorly adjusted, with all the gears rattling loudly and the brakes noisy. For the high rental price and the €6 surcharge for renting it the day before closing time, it's a shame.
When I returned, when I informed the seller, he simply told me that he hadn't adjusted the bike.
